Keramika employees are given priority for vacant positions that require experience in our organization. In this way, our employees can manage their own careers by playing an active role in their own careers.
Our organization provides equal opportunities to all its employees in every aspect, from job placement to training, and always supports and respects its employees with different abilities. Trips and tournaments are organized to help them integrate with the philosophy of "All our employees should be happy at work". Gifts are distributed on New Year's Eve and special occasions. Every month, the "Most Successful Employee of the Month" is selected and rewarded. A lottery is held every summer in June, July and August, and our lucky personnel selected in the lottery are sent on holiday, taking a person of their choice with them, all expenses paid by our organization.
