Recruitment Methods

The following recruitment methods are used for new graduates or experienced candidates.


  • Competency based oral interview
  • Personality analysis / tests
  • English interview

As a result of all these evaluations, a relevant job offer is made to our candidates who are found suitable and the candidate starts working. People are ensured to work in a department that suits their qualifications, knowledge, skills and competencies.

Starting work

  • The personnel candidate who successfully passes the interview is prepared with the necessary documents for employment.
  • After the documents are delivered to us in full, the necessary examinations and examinations are completed by the workplace physician and the person's employment notification is made. He starts work the next day.
  • On the first day of work; Our organization's quality policy, vision-mission, instructions and forms used are explained in detail by the quality manager. The legal procedures and personal rights of the person during his/her stay in our organization are explained in detail by the human resources unit. The manager of the department where he/she will work will explain and show in detail the working conditions of the department, the rules he must follow regarding occupational health and safety, and introduce him to his colleagues.
  • Orientation training takes approximately 3-4 days.
  • The trial period is 2 months.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Basic Training is provided to all newly hired personnel.

Our Working Hours

  • Working hours are 45 hours per week.
  • White collar staff working hours:
  • 08:30 – 18:00
  • Blue collar staff working hours:
  • 08:00 – 16:00
  • 16:00 – 00:00
  • 00:00 – 08:00

Our Leave Policy

  • All our employees;
  • For 1-5 years of experience – 14 days
  • For 5-15 years of experience – 20 days
  • For those with a seniority of 15 years or more – they are entitled to 26 days of paid leave..

Our Wage System and Procedures

In our company, the wage system is implemented in parallel with job evaluation and job analysis. Flexible Wage Management prevails. The performance of our employees is reflected in their wages during this process. An increase system based on individual performance and inflation is applied.
