Established on an area of 50,000 m2, with its expert staff of 1500 people and its production approach focused on Design, R&D and Innovation, it has become one of the leading companies in the ceramic industry in the Tabletop Presentation group in Turkey and in the world. Keramika R&D Center continues its R&D studies in two different areas, in order to develop technologies that will create transformative innovations in both the Tabletop Presentation Group and our industry. In the field of Tabletop Presentation Group, it carries out research and development studies on the parameters of the mechanical, chemical and physical properties of the raw materials used in production. The aim here is to develop materials with improved mechanical, chemical and physical properties that can replace existing products on the market.

R&D studies are ongoing in the field of digitalization and automation, which will create added value and strengthen our technological infrastructure. To these studies; The development of machinery and software that can make double-layer glazing possible and which can smoothly perform the process that causes great efficiency loss due to human-based errors, the development of a vertical digital printing machine, which will be a first in the world by enabling us to make customer-specific digital printing on curved surfaces in the desired production quantity, and the development of a vertical digital printing machine, which has no application or machine in our sector yet. The development of a ceramic additive manufacturing machine can be given as an example. In all our mentioned projects, value-added machine design, integration of digitalization elements, embedded and communication software are carried out by our competent personnel employed within our company's R&D center.

Design Center

We have knowledge and experience from numerous production management processes in many product setups. We made designs and special collections throughout the entire process, from various tableware products to packaging designs until they reach the user. We speak the language of our customers and take them one step further in every project we work on.
